It is important to remember that everyone should be given equal rights.In a political environment, it is especially important to use proper terminology and use the term 'free speech' when talking a bout controversial topics. However, it should not be used when referring to other forms of expression. An example of this would be referring to a piece of paper as a sheet of paper.The country will be better off when all citizens have respect for one another and the need tolerance when expressing their opinion. In fact, the entire world is experiencing a new era of expression with the Internet. However, this should not cause any trouble to students who are writing essays about equal protection.
